I may not own a house (yet) but I definitely know the feeling of having overhanging tasks that you want to get done “at some point”. This is one of them.
Well, when I say one, I actually mean nine; one pre-pandemic and eight during the last three months of my two-year London OE.
At the time of writing, I’m knocking on the doorstep of my OE Take #2. In two weeks, I’ll be flying out to Amsterdam to kick off six months of travel in Europe and the UK. This is my chance to experience a bunch of things I couldn’t do during the pandemic so to me, I’m seeing this as a long-awaited REDEMPTION.
But in saying that, I can’t discredit the incredible experiences that I’ve already had; they may not have been what I expected but heck, I managed to travel to some amazing places, free from the usual crowds and I’m super proud of myself and Simon for making the most of the situation.

To write these blogs, I’ve uncovered my Keep Notes written during each trip. Thank goodness I kept them because I wouldn’t have a hope in the world of recalling everything now!
